Here a blog, there a blog
While considering what to blog about, I thought perhaps I would share some of the blogs that I find particularly interesting and why:
SCOTUSblog provides perspective on both upcoming cases for and new decisions from the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS). The blog is written by lawyers, students, and journalists devoted to coverage of the SCOTUS.
Lawyers, Guns and Money is a politics and culture blog written primarily by a group of eight academics. It has a progressive bent, but beyond that there are book reviews, historical looks at battleships, "deposed monarch blogging," and a host of other features.
The Fraud Blog is an infrequent poster, but the content is very much on target - exactly what the title says it is.
The Volokh Conspiracy written mostly by law professors, is anchored by Eugene Volokh. Eugene Volokh teaches free speech law, religious freedom law, church-state relations law, a First Amendment Amicus Brief Clinic, and tort law, at UCLA School of Law, where he has also often taught copyright law, criminal law, and a seminar on firearms regulation policy. The site's motto: "Sometimes contrarian · Often libertarian · Always independent."
